Another way to create a course in Studio is to re-run a course. When you re-run a course, most of the original course content is duplicated to the new course (see below the list).
Before you re-run a course, make sure that its settings and content are complete. Additions and changes that you make to the original course after you create the new course have no effect on the new course.

After you create a re-run course, modifications to the original course and the re-run course are independent.
- Go on the Studio Home and find the course you want to duplicate (re-run)
- Click on the 3 dots under the “Action” column
- Choose “Re-run course” option
4. Fill the information of the new course
- Course Name – This is the title of the new course that would be visible to all on the learner side.
- Organization – This field is a link between the course and your microsite, in order that the course can be viewed on this specific platform. When creating the course remember to select the correct « Organization » code that the project manager specify during the one-day training. ONLY for several organization companies.
- Course Number – This is a reference number to uniquely identify the course in the Studio. We recommend to use the 1st letter of the client name and 01 (for the first course …). For example, for the 3rd course: A03. This code will only be visible to the learner via the URL. <!> Please note that spaces are not allowed in this field.
- Course Run – This is a further designation to specify the course’s term of conception (e.g. 2022_Q1 = Quarter 1 of 2022). This code will only be visible to the learner via the URL.
