On the course report, learner report and ILT report you have different filters that you can play with.

Click on the loop icon to display the filters. Filter are based on the user properties, such as name, email address, location, country… (depending on the microsite information).

  1. Select in the drop down list the type of field you want to apply a filter on (the filter are arranged by alphabetical order)
  2. In the text field, type the text filter
  3. Press on the Entry keyboard to add this filter. Note than you can add multiple filters to a report
  4. Click on the “Apply” button to refresh the table with the selected filters

5. If the filters selected do not match to any user, the table will display the sentence “No data available”

Note: You can also change the column list of all learner report, by clisking on the properties icon and select the checkboxes that you wish.
