Add Courses to a Learning Path
Go to the Settings tab and choose the section Schedule and details.
You can add courses to your learning path, in the “Add Courses” section of the page.
You can see the list of courses that are already included in the Learning Path on the left and the list of courses that can be added to the Learning Path on the right. You can add courses by clicking on the “+” button and save “confrm” or “cancel” your changes.
Note: Private courses cannot be added to learning path set as “Accessible by URL” or “Full Public”. But courses set as “Full Public” or “Accessible by URL” can be added to a learning path.
Note: We suggest to not create a learning path with no more than 4 to 5 courses at maximum.
You can also change the order of appearance of courses using the small dots icon. Do not forget to then Publish to make the changes live for the learners.
When you are ready you can “Publish” the Learning Path and make it visible to learners. The Learning Path will be visible in the catalog to allow self-enrollment.
Courses management enrollment inside a Learning Path
If a learner is already registered in a program and a course is added to the program, then the user will be automatically registered to the new course added to the program.
If a learner is already registered in a program and a course is removed from the program, then the user will still registered to the course deleted to the program and will still see it in the My Training > Courses tab.
