ILT Global Report
To see the ILT Global Report, click on “Analytics” from you Dashboard Menu. Once in the Analytics tool, click “ILT Report” from the Analytics Menu Bar.
This report displays all sessions that have been created on all courses of the platform. You have a list that detailed all properties that you fill when creating the session, such as start date, start time, end date, end time, duration, max capacity, location… it will also displays in which course , section and sub-section where the session is located.
Finally, you will have the number of enrolleds and attendees (if the CSV file has been updated in the ILT Admin Panel) to each session and the information about the attendance sheet.
Each of the columns are sort-able by clicking the column header. This allows us to organize the data for better and more convenient navigation.
You have also access to different reports inside the “ILT Report”:
- ILT Global Report
- ILT Learner Report
Exporting Reports
All reports can be downloaded at any time. Reports can be exported in CSV, XLS, and JSON formats. The report download feature is located to the top-right of learner data table.
Once clicked, the reports will then be populated in a list at the top of the page (small cloud icon), and can be downloaded just by clicking on the link.
Reports are only exported in English (columns titles).
