How can we set-up certificates?
The certificate on the platform is delivered once a learner completes the course according to the “Course completion rule” you have set up on the Studio.
�Note: A platform can have only one certificate layout, but we can manage strings translation (static text only).
The certificate can be customized (color, logo, shapes…) and can display some static text on it. However, the certificate can only contains a limited choice of variables that are dynamically filled with information during the generation.
You must create your certificate template on a PowerPoint document (A4 format).
The variables are:
- Full name of the learner
- Employee ID
- Course name
- Certificate issue date
- Course completion date
- Course duration
- Total grade on the course (%)
If you want to add more text, you can but it will be only static and common to all certificates in your platform.
To add a certificate on your platform for the first time, please contat your project manager. Then a developer will configure the design and enable the certificate on the platform.
