Requesting a Waiver

This feature allows student of a course to request for a waiver to a badge.

1. Contact your Project Manager to enable the feature on the microsite.

2. You can customize the e-mail address to which you want to send the requests for waiver.

3. If you do not customize the email address, by default it will be send to the admin of the course (not to the staff).

How does it work?
Connect to Triboo and go into the Learner Transcript. Click on “Request a waiver” button.

Select the course and the specific section(s) of the course. If the learner wants to ask a waiver for the entire course, just select and course and leave the section blank.

After a learner sends a waiver for a course, the admin of the course will receive a notification by email. In this email, the admin of the course can approve the request.

If the request is approved, the gradebook will be automatically updated. Finally, the learner receives a confirmation email of his/her waiver request and can see the result in the learners transcript
