To reset a quiz for a learner, follow these steps:

  1. Go on the platform, on the learner side and go to the desired quiz or ILT module
  2. Retrieve the User ID of the learner.
  3. Click on the “Staff Debug Info” button (nut icon).
  4. Insert in the “Username” field the learner’s identifier and click on:
    1. “Reset Learner Tests” to reset the number of tests but keep the last result of the learner visible
    2. “Delete Learner’s State” to completely reset the learner account for that quiz / question in particular.
  5. A confirmation message appears in green. If the red error message appears then the learner did not complete the quiz or the username is incorrect.
