Enrolling in ILT Sessions
As a learner, you have now 2 different option to enroll into an face-to-face or virtual session (also called ILT).
A- First Option
To enroll in an ILT session learners can navigate into the ILT Calendar on their dahsboard. A switch help learners to see all sessions available for enrollment or only their session(s). Learners can click on the session title to be redirected to the courseware page.
Under “All sessions”, learner can switch to see all sessions available and they can also see the number of left seats.
The dot under days are when session are planned, when you click on the specific day, then you will have only a right-view detailed on this day. To see again all sessions, you must refresh the page.
� Note: Learners can only see sessions of courses they are enrolled in. They will not see other ILT sessions of the same session they are already enrolled in to avoid double enrollments (unless they un-enroll from their current choice).
� Note: Learners will also sees sessions that are not in the registration deadline gap.
After clicking on “Enroll” button, learners will have a modal to provide additionnal information according to their enrollment.
The Add to Calendar button allows for an .ics file to be downloaded and opened in the users email calendar as a reminder of their impending ILT date. Learners can also click on the session title to be redirected to the courseware page.
� Note: .ics file are compatible with Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
B- Second Option
To enroll in an ILT session learners must navigate to the location within the courseware of the ILT session you wish to enroll in.
1. Once you have located the session, go to the “Choose a session to enroll” drop-down list.
2. Click on the session that corresponds to the time and instructor of your choice.
3. Then click Enroll.
When a student enrolls, an available seat will be subtracted from the total seats available for the course. After a student has chosen to enroll in a particular ILT offering, to avoid double enrollments, the dropdown list will be frozen unless the student un-enrolls from their current choice.
Conversely, if you wish to unenroll from a previously enrolled session, you just follow the same pattern, except after choosing the relevant session from the list, you instead click the “Unenroll” button.
Upon enrolling, an “Unenroll” button will appear. The user can unenroll whenever they choose.

Enrolling your students in batch or individually
Staff members also have the ability to manually enroll and un-enroll students into an ILT session thanks to the ILT Admin Management Tool.
- Go to the “Enrollment Management” tab
- Select the desired ILT session from the session drop-down list.
- Simply type the desired student’s email or username into the “Bulk Enrollment” box and click “Enroll”. Multiple emails or usernames can be added, but must be separated by a comma or listed on a new line.
The learner will receive an email notifying them of their enrollment into the session.
