When you create user to the platform, you must assign them a role. A user can have different role. To do so you must use the Admin Panel. We have 5 main permissions:

  • Access to the Admin Panel (Platform Admin)
  • Access to Triboo Analytics (restricted or full access)
  • Access to the Studio (studio admin to manage courses or super studio admin to manage courses and learning paths)
  • Catalog access (if the feature is enabled on the microsite)
  • Access to the Edflex or any other external catalog (if the catalog(s) are activated)

Who can have access to the role management on the Admin Panel?

  • Platform Admin

How can use it?

We will see here how to authorize the access to Triboo Analytics, the Studio and/or external and internal catalog (if enable on your platform).

1. Go to the Admin Panel, if you have the right permission.

2. Under the User Management tab, you have the list of all platform users.

3. Search the user to change thanks to the search bar or scroll down to find the user. Then click on the user username.

4. You will then have access to the personal info of the user choosen. You can modify their personal information, such as email address, last name, first name, password, year of birth, country, etc.

Note: if the platform is connected through SSO, user modification will not be possible, the data being automatically managed in your HR tool.

For each user of the platform (depending on your role level in the Admin Panel) you can add and modify the permissions and roles of all users.
