Validating ILT Sessions

After an ILT session has been completed, the Instructor must validate completion for the attendees.

1. To validate the completion of any student who has partaken in the ILT session, a course admin member must go to the ILT module within the live course and select the ILT Course they want to perform the validation on from the Session dropdown list.

2. After the correct session has been selected, click on Class Management tab.


3. Download and save the CSV file.

4. Then open it.

5. Simply add an “x” (or any character) into the attendance column for the student you would like to validate.

6. After this edit, save the CSV file on your computer.

7. Go back to the ILT Module on the live course and at the bottom, click the Choose File button under the Class Management section.

8. Locate the CSV you save in step 5 and upload it.

9. To finalize validation, simply click the Validate button at the bottom of the module.

When the student refreshes his page he will see his percentage rise based on the completion percentage allowed to the module.
