Global Report

To access the Analytics and Reporting tool, click “Analytics” on the Dashboard Menu Bar.

Immediately, you will be shown the Global Report. This is a platform-wide summary which includes the following:

A line chart with the number of unique visitors on the platform. The x-axis can be shown day by day, week by week or month by month thanks to the drop-down list next to the chart title.
The total number of courses created and launched on the platform.
The number of certificates earned by the users.
A gauge chart that informs you of your learner’s preferred device usage while accessing the platform.
A line graph that depicts the number of unique visitors on the platform. A small arrow, next to the chart title, indicate if this figures increase or decrease compared to the day before.
The average time spent per active learner. A small arrow, next to the chart title, indicate if this figures increase or decrease compared to the day before.

Scrolling down you will see a global map, showing us the geolocation of users by country.

If you hover the mouse over any country, we are given the number of learners using the platform in that particular country.
