At times, users may find themselves unable to login to the platform. this can occur for a number of reasons. Below we will cover some of the most common causes of these errors.
Depending on the specification of your platform. Triboo offers both a email/password and SSO login options.
Email/Password Logins
1- The most common error received is the “Email or password is incorrect.” This occurs when either the user has entered one, or both of the credentials incorrectly.

Solution: Use the “Forgot password?” link below the password field. Once clicked, enter your email into the Password Assistance form.

If the email you entered is valid and registered on your platform, you will receive an email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password.

If you are still unable to access the platform, please contact your admin.
SSO Logins
If you receive the following notice upon login:

This is because you have yet to have your login credentials registered on the platform. Under an SSO environment, these credentials are typically granted by the client.
Solution: Please contact the Learning Development or HR Manager assigned to you. Make sure that the SSO credential on record matches the one on the Triboo platform.
