Dashboard
Your Triboo Dashboard is the central hub of all your learning experience. There is a variety of information that can be accessed through the dashboard. Whether it be showcasing all your current learning offerings, or delivering you the latest analytics on your learning journey, you are never more than a few clicks away from any thing you may need.
Layout
On the dashboard there are several features to note:
Global Statistics
Here you will be able to get a glimpse of your overall participation across the platform. You will be given the total number of certificates you have earned, badges gained, and forum interactions, across the entire platform.
Profile Header
You will also have the ability to upload an image to represent your account. Basic profile information can also be optionally projected here, like your name, position, and location etc.
Dashboard Menu Bar
The menu bar will allow you to navigate to different parts of your learning experience. The contents of this bar is subject to the permission of the user as well as the role.
If the Course Catalog and Edflex is enabled, as well as the Analytics and Studio for Admin, users will be able to find them all here.
Course Cards
Your courses will be represented on the dashboard as course cards. Each course card is filled with valuable information to give you feedback on your status in each course.
Course cards contain the following information:
- Course Name
- One-Click Access to Course
- Course Scheduling – Start and End dates
- Completion Percentage
- Number of badges and estimated time to complete the course
- Langage
Help Button
There is also, for your convienence a Help button that is always located in the extreme bottom right of the page.
Clicking this will give you the ability to contact support. You can create your ticket and it will be quickly processed by the platform support team.
Profile & Settings
Lastly, it is important to take note of the settings and profile menu, located at the top right of your screen. From here you are able to access your profile, where you will be able to edit your information.
You can also review and edit your account settings.
