Catalog is a simple and efficient way to find open-enrollment courses that fit your training needs. The Triboo catalog feature is robust with helpful tools and information to help you locate the best courses for you!
Just like in your dashboard, the catalog courses are displayed in Course Cards. These course cards are very informative, in order to help you decide what courses suit your needs most.
The course cards let us know:
- Course Name
- Scheduling – Start & End dates
- Number of badges you can earn
- Estimated time to do the course
- Course Type: Online, Blended Learning, Microlearning, Live Session
- If the course is mandatory or not with the “!” icon
- Learn more- Clicking this will take you to the About Course page
- Langage
All information can be set on Studio under “Schedule and Details” menu.
Refine Your Search Menu
This menu provides many effective ways of filtering down the courses in your Catalog to help you easily find the one you are looking for.
There are a variety of filters you can use. These can be enacted by simply clicking the filter option and the catalog will automatically refresh showing you only the courses relevant to that filter.
Filters can be removed by unticking the filter or click on “Reset”.
Search for a Course
Alternatively, if you know the name of the exact course you are looking for, or keywords in the course’s title, you can use the search bar.
Sort Courses
Learners can now self sort Internal catalog by:
- course title alphabetical order (A-Z or Z-A)
- course start date (most recent / oldest)
